Return & Refund Policy — 15 Days
Thank you for choosing Nostalys. Each sphere is carefully crafted to preserve your most precious memories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you.
Returns
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, email contact@nostalys.com. You will receive return instructions after your request is approved. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. In such cases we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalized products (e.g., spheres containing your personal videos)
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
Exchanges
To obtain a different item quickly, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
